Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming International Sublobar Resection for Lung Cancer Masterclass, which will take place on September 19, 2025, in Paris, France.
As the detection of small-sized peripheral non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) continues to rise, the need for precise and standardized sublobar surgical approaches has never been more relevant. This advanced training day is designed to meet that need—focusing on optimizing outcomes through refined techniques, preoperative planning, and sharing real-world expertise.
The program is intended for thoracic surgeons and their surgical teams from across Europe, particularly those with solid experience in minimally invasive procedures, who are looking to implement and deepen their use of sublobar strategies in daily practice.
Throughout the day, participants will engage in interactive lectures from leading experts, view recorded surgical cases, take part in 3D planning workshops with top-tier software, and benefit from in-depth technical sessions on anatomical segmentectomies and the management of intraoperative challenges.
What sets this event apart is its strong emphasis on hands-on, practical learning—encouraging direct exchange with faculty, immersive planning exercises, and collaborative case discussions. The event will host up to 50 participants, ensuring a high-impact, small-group dynamic, with significant involvement from French surgical teams.
This initiative offers more than an educational experience—it is a collaborative platform committed to advancing sublobar resection practices across Europe. We look forward to welcoming you in Paris for a day of focused training and meaningful exchange.
